Sunflower apartment is a three-room-apartment of about 60 square metres, located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of six people. We have a living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms. The living room is the main room where you have the relaxation part which has a sofa and television and also a space with a table with chairs and a stube-type corner seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Shelves for preparing food, cupboards and wall cabinets for storing food, a sink with 2 basins and finally appliances such as a refrigerator with freezer, a cooker with 4 burners, an oven and a microwave.
There are two bedrooms in the Sunflower apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a wooden floor, a double bed with bedside tables and abat jour, a wardrobe and chest of drawers for personal belongings, a mirror and a single bed. The second room in Sunflower apartment is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables with bedside lamps. The bedrooms also have large windows that make the rooms very bright and healthy.
Sunflower apartment also has two convenient entrances, a main entrance with hallway and another entrance from the south side, the side with the patio and lawn. In the Sunflower apartment there is also a storage room with everything needed for cleaning, including a hoover.
The bathroom in Sunflower apartment is completely renovated and restored, made more functional with a shower with transparent glass walls, toilet, bidet, washbasin, mirror, cabinet and hairdryer. The bathroom is windowed and equipped with a radiator for heating, and has relaxing and modern colours. There is also a convenient washing machine in the bathroom of this flat. In addition, Sunflower apartment is equipped with a clothes rack, iron and ironing board.

How to book Sunflower apartment:
- Based on your booking request, we will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to book yours stay in our flats, via Rio Massò, 10 in Molveno.
- The deposit, to be paid by bank transfer, is 30% of the total amount excluding tourist taxes.
- Appartamenti vacanze Molveno will send you a definitive confirmation after receiving the deposit.
- with the handing over of the keys the balance of the stay will be paid.
- In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the deposit paid will be retained.
