Layout of the Butterflies apartment

Butterflies apartment is a two-room apartment measuring 45 square metres and located on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is arranged as follows:

The main room of the apartment is the living room with satellite TV, a sofa bed, which can be converted into a twin bed if needed, the dining room, and the kitchen. The dining area is equipped with everything you need to eat your meals: plates, cutlery, glasses, a table with chairs etc, while the kitchen has all the basic elements to prepare your recipes; a countertop and appliances, such as a refrigerator with freezer, a stove and an electric oven.

The second room is the bedroom, with a standard double bed and additional space for a single bed if needed, a dresser for your belongings and a closet for storing clothes.

In the apartment you also have a completely renovated and functional bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror, wall cabinet and hair dryer. The bathroom is heated and has a large window. In the bathroom of Butterflies apartment you also have a washing machine.

In Butterflies apartment, as you leave the living room-kitchen, you have access the balcony equipped with a small table and chairs, where you can relax or eat your breakfast or finally enjoy the surrounding view and tranquility. In addition, Butterflies apartment is equipped with a drying rack, iron and ironing board.

• The tidy flat, with keys, must be handed over by 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure
• Tourist tax: 1€ per person/night, for a maximum of 10 nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.

How to book Butterflies flat:

1. Based on your booking request, we will send you an e-mail with instructions on how to book yours stay in our flats, via Rio Massò, 10 in Molveno.
2. The deposit, to be paid by bank transfer, is 30% of the total amount excluding tourist taxes.
3. Appartamenti vacanze Molveno will send you a definitive confirmation after receiving the deposit.
4. with the handing over of the keys the balance of the stay will be paid.
5. In the event of cancellation, the full amount of the deposit paid will be retained.
