The village of Molveno is a renowned tourist resort at 864 m above sea level, in an easily accessible location and only 25 km from the Brenner motorway exit, you will find yourself immersed in healthy, unspoilt nature at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, which rise to over 3000 m, and on the shores of the characteristic alpine lake.
In this small mountain village in Trentino, where the vocation for tourism is particularly developed and felt, it is the ideal place to relax from hard work and have fun with family or friends, where I can live my tailor-made holiday, made up of activities, sports, discoveries and relaxation.
My flat holiday
Renting a flat for my holidays or for a period of relaxation gives me a sense of freedom and independence that makes me feel 'almost at home'.
I am free to keep or change my habits, I choose how many hours to sleep, what to cook; living my holiday in a flat allows me to manage my time in the best way possible by following my body's needs and planning the activities I choose in order to experience and discover what nature gives us in every season.
Good vibes...
I organise my regenerating holiday with walks in the mountains or short mountain bike excursions, and if I love tranquillity, I absolutely must try, at least once, the experience of paddling in a canoe at the crack of dawn, enveloped in a magical, transcendent atmosphere on the surface of the calm, mirror-flat lake.
I soak up the energy of this nature by letting the lake breeze lull me and recharge my batteries with the sun's rays while lying on the soft lawn of the beach at Lake Molveno.
the Lido of Molveno
Leaving my flat, I easily reach the Lido di Molveno, where Molveno's sports infrastructure is spread over 10 hectares of beach and lawn.
I find clay and synthetic tennis courts where I can play tennis or perfect my technique under the guidance of a tennis coach.
If I want to go on an excursion on the lake, I can rent a pedalò, electric boat, kayak or even a sup (stand-up paddle) at the jetty, while on the north side of the lake is the meadow where paragliders land and where I can book a flight with a paragliding instructor to appreciate an unusual panorama from above, full of unusual views against the walls of the Brenta Dolomites and with the lake below my feet.
The beach is equipped with a beach volleyball court where I can have fun with friends while keeping fit and tanned, or I can enjoy a day out with the whole family at the Molveno swimming pool centre with heated water, an Olympic-size pool, and play pools for children.
At the Molveno Lido you will therefore find a combination of sports facilities and refreshment points, an offer that aims to satisfy the demand of an active tourism with different needs.
An easy hike in the Brenta Dolomites
From my flat I can admire fascinating views of the Brenta Dolomites in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, but when I want to get into the heart of Brenta and see peaks, walls and spires like the Campanile Basso up close, I take the new 'La Panoramica' cable car to the Pradel plateau at an altitude of 1367 m.a.s.l. On the way up I can admire the beautiful panorama of Molveno and its lake.
Having arrived next to the Brenta Hotel, I take path no. 340 in the direction of Rifugio Croz dell'Altissimo 1460 m.
The route initially passes through a dense forest and then, after a bend, opens up to the view of the heart of the Brenta Dolomites.

Later the path becomes narrower and sticks to the rocks, I pass a small tunnel carved into the mountain and after about an hour's walk without any particular difficulty, I arrive at the Croz dell'Altissimo refuge. The hut offers restaurant service and overnight accommodation.
From the Rifugio Croz dell'Altissimo there are paths, all marked, that lead into the heart of the Brenta Dolomites. Always ask the hut manager about the practicability and difficulty of the paths you wish to take.
